TRAINING SESSION RSVP POLICY:

Team leader must request schedule training time with appropriate club director. 

Teams may book 1.5 hour time slots per night.  Constraints of start and end times are strictly enforced based on time of year, and if the field has lights.  For example, some fields during Fall must be booked either on 5:30-7 pm time slots or 7:00-8:30 pm time slots.  

** The club understands not all teams can set training times for strict 5:30 pm or 7 pm start times.  If teams begin training at 6:30 pm then they are responsible to contact the team behind them and coordinate their clubmate's warm-up time overlapping with their end-game time.  

SCRIMMAGE RSVP POLICY:

Scrimmage request requires a 7-day notice.  Any notice provided inside of 7 days may not be met.

Field rental cost for scrimmages during preseason or in-season is $50.  Preseason is defined as July, August, and February.  In-Season defined as August, September, October, November, February, March, April, May. 

Field rental cost for scrimmages during offseason is free (no field prep provided).  Offseason is defined as June, December and January.
