Designed specifically for our teenage athletes, Soccer Squad is all about building confident leaders—on and off the field. This dynamic program is grounded in a simple but powerful philosophy:

Love them.

Lead them.

Challenge them.

What makes Soccer Squad special?

Each coach/team will select 2–3 athletes to participate. Players will meet monthly to bi-monthly with peers and mentors.

Sessions focus on real leadership skills they’ll bring back to their teams.

Athletes will actively lead, support, and inspire teammates throughout the season.

Participants will also serve as the WSA Player’s Leadership Council, giving them a voice at the highest level of the club. These athletes will share insights directly with the WSA Executive Council—bringing the player perspective into real club decisions.

This is more than soccer. It’s about developing leaders, building character, and empowering our athletes to make a lasting impact.
