OBJECTIVES of the COUNCIL

• Inform the Club's Directors with Feedback & Ideas to Help Steer the Club
• Activate the Club Players towards Club & Community Engagement
• Develop and Enhance the Leadership Council to Leave a Legacy
• Represent your club's player pool by listening to your club's player's feedback

RESPONSIBILITIES of the COUNCIL

• Monthly Meetings w/ Leadership Mentors in WSA's Leadership Academy
• Seasonal In Person Meetings w/ WSA Executive Leadership Council (2 per year estimate)
• Weekly activation of leadership principles from the monthly academy 
• Virtual Communication w/ Team's Player Leaders Throughout the Club
• Other responsibilities of service you decide to engage in
