PROCESS

• Players are nominated by the WSA Coaching Staff and Directors of Coaching.  Any club member (player or parent) may recommend a nominee to the Directors of Coaching at any time. 
   
• Players participate in the Soccer Squad Leadership Academy, a 12-month journey through leadership development, mentored by WSA Leadership Mentors. 
   
• Players actively practice leadership strategies within their team setting, having been assigned a "squad". 
   
• Players meet with the WSA Executive Council to provide feedback that interfaces with the Club Mission & Vision.
