WSA Competitive Soccer is structured as a high-performance training environment for players committed to long-term development and competitive excellence. WSA Soccer has various programs that are uniquely cultivated to the niche the program serves.  Each program is driven by  The WSA Way, abiding by the club's performance pathway and game model, and aligned with WSA's Values, Mission and Vision. 

Program costs are organized into 3 components:

• Annual Registration
• Monthly Club Dues
• Team Fees

Annual Registration fulfills league, association, insurance, uniform, and administrative requirements (not including team entry fees or referee fees). Monthly Club Dues support year-round training, coaching, facilities, and the delivery of our development model. Team Fees reflect each team’s competitive calendar, including league play, tournaments, and team-based activities aligned with performance objectives.

A full NIKE Uniform Kit is included within program costs, ensuring every player is equipped with high-quality, consistent apparel from the start of the season. This eliminates the need for separate uniform purchases and supports a unified, professional standard across all teams. WSA includes the complete kit within program costs to simplify the process for families and maintain a unified, professional standard across all teams. This approach reflects our commitment to both clarity in pricing and a high-performance team identity from day one.  *In 2026 NEW MEMBERS will not be asked to pay additionally for uniform items that were dispersed in 2025.  This is to help new families with up-front costs.  This is being covered by WSA Directors fundraising efforts on behalf of families and in alignment with WSA philosophy and values. 

Competition schedules vary and are intentionally selected to match each team’s stage of development and competitive level. As a result, Team Fees will vary; however, all projected costs and commitments are communicated in advance to ensure transparency and alignment with families. Our objective is to prepare players for the next level of the game and the next phase of life. This includes advancement to higher levels of competition, meaningful impact at the high school level, and potential collegiate or professional opportunities. Equally important, we are committed to developing servant leadership, strong character, and individuals equipped to positively influence and become transformative leaders in their communities. 

Team Fees (Seasonal Competition Costs)👇

What they are:

Team Fees cover the variable, team-specific costs associated with competitive play throughout the season.

What’s typically included:

• Tournament entry fees
• League fees (if not in registration)
• Referee/game fees
• Coach travel (if applicable)
• Team events or required activities

Team Fee Management 

• Paid directly to the team, via team rep or coach
• Transacted through team account (not the club account) 
• Determined by pre-approved budget

Why Team Fees Vary

Team Fees are not fixed because they depend on each team’s competition schedule, including the number of tournaments and travel requirements.

Typical Range: $250 (youth academy) – $1,000 per year (National Program) 
(Varies by age group, level of play, and tournament schedule)

• GIRLS ECNL & ECNL RL TX CONFERENCE - $100/month X 12 months
• GIRLS ECNL RL FRONTIER CONFERENCE - $60/month X 12 months 
• BOYS NATIONAL PROGRAM - $50/month X 12 months | $150 x 4 installments 
• COMPETITIVE PROGRAM - $50/month X 12 months | $150 x 4 installments 
• ACADEMY U9-U10 PROGRAM - $40/month X 12 months | $120 x 4 installments 
• ACADEMY U7-U8 PROGRAM - $40/month X 12 months | $120 x 4 installments
