Coaches can find players who have "pre-registered" and "registered" in "real-time" to help manage their rosters. 

PROCESS #1 (as of 4/15/26 this process was not functioning, see process #2, alternate route below)

1. Log in to your AthleteOne TEAM ACCOUNT (not Parent or Event or Club account) 
2. Find your team under Team Acccount (desktop righthand scroll bar) 
3. Click on your team
4. Go to TEAM DETAILS
5. Click on FIRST TEAM PLAYERS (under "Player Information"). 
6. A list of LAST YEAR'S TEAM MEMBERS appears.  
7. Go to ACTIVE PROGRAMS --> Far Right Column!
8. Click the EDIT/PENCIL ICON at the FAR RIGHT of the players name.
9. Click on PROGRAMS
10. Look for 2026-2027 WSA Pre-Registration....  
11. Look for 2026-2027 "insert program" Registration 

IF YOU DO NOT SEE THE PLAYER'S 2026-2027 PRE REGISTRATION or REGISTRATION they have either NOT REGISTERED or REGISTERED FOR A DIFFERENT TEAM (by selecting a different team from the dropdown).  ALERT your registrar (not Roger) immediately via the CONTACT REGISTRAR FORM.

5. Go to "Your Clubs Billing" at the bottom --> CLICK VIEW
6. A list of LAST YEAR'S TEAM MEMBERS appears.  
7. Click on the PLAYER NAME
8. Click on ACTIVE PROGRAMS
9. Look for 2026-2027 WSA Pre-Registration 
10. Look for 2026-2027 "insert program" Registration
