WSA expects players to commit to EACH OTHER with a "team-first" mindset, understanding teams, and thus players, will endure challenges, failures, and adversity throughout the year.  The expectation is to endure the necessary failures by "failing forward", to achieve the envisioned goals for the TEAM and developing a commitment to the FUTURE of the athlete's team.  WSA Staff are expected to reciprocate with patience and loyalty, sewn in the efforts of the development, of current team members.  

WSA IS NOT FOR EVERYONE. WSA is excited to collaborate with the committed, convicted, willing teammates.  A "Decided Heart" that honors each of our gifts.
