When registering online with WSA Soccer, families are asked to review and acknowledge several agreements that outline expectations for participation throughout the seasonal year. These agreements are designed to provide clear communication, shared understanding, and alignment between the club and our families.

For your convenience and full transparency, all documents are available in this centralized hub for easy access and review at any time. We encourage parents and guardians to take time to read through each item so they feel informed and confident in the expectations and commitments involved.

WSA Soccer values strong relationships with our families and views them as an essential part of the player experience and club community. If any questions arise, we welcome open communication—please connect with a WSA director, administrator, or staff member at any time for clarification or support.

SUMMARY OF REGISTRATION AGREEMENTS & UNDERSTANDING

EACH OTHER COVENANT
This agreement states that the player/parent and club understand their commitment to each other through various standards of participation, leadership, and interaction. This long-standing agreement was first authored in 1995, and has stood the test of time.

SPORTSMANSHIP & OPC MEMBER UNDERSTANDING
The parent and player acknowledge that WSA is an OPC member club, and agree to participate in any WSA affiliated league by the league's sportsmanship standards.

MEDICAL TREATMENT AUTHORIZATION & INDEMNIFICATION
This understanding authorizes treatment of your child in any case of an injury, and provides permission to treat and transport in any case of an emergency by on site trainers, staff, coaches, or medical person.  It also provides a liability waiver for national, regional and local organizations supporting the athlete's soccer experience.

CONCUSSION WAIVER
This provides the expectations for parents and players of WSA's concussion screening requirements, return-to-play protocols, and education processes for concussion awareness.  Players are required to abide by this policy without exception as part of their agreement for the privilege of participating with a WSA Team.

MEDIA RELEASE & PERMISSION
This provides an understanding that WSA will, from time to time, use photos, videos, and other related media to celebrate player participation.

PAYMENT UNDERSTANDING
This brings into light that the once committing to a WSA team the family is committing to a financial contract to pay 100% of the amount due on the invoice via the club's various payment plans.  This is not a "month-to-month" agreement, but a year-long commitment to pay.  There is an understanding different level of activity will take place within the calendar year.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE UNDERSTANDING
The agreement states an understanding that financial assistance is "need-based" and must be applied for through a review process of need, requiring certain documentation.  Financial Assistance is ONLY AVAILABLE when the player remains in Good Standing and Participating.
